Yes, we accept international payments as long as the payment method used is supported (Visa, MasterCard, PayPal, American Express). Please note that all prices are displayed in GBP, and your bank may charge additional conversion fees.


5. Why was my payment declined?

There are several reasons why your payment might be declined:

  • Incorrect payment details entered.
  • Your bank flagged the transaction for security reasons.

Promo Code Questions

6. How do I use a promo code?

To use a promo code:

7. Why isn’t my promo code working?

If your promo code isn’t working, please check the following:

  • Ensure the code is entered correctly.
  • Check if the promo code has expired.
  • Some promo codes may not apply to certain items or require a minimum purchase value.
  • Only one promo code can be used per order.

No, only one promo code can be applied per order.
